My'Chelle Eileen Mercer is the author and illustrator of the holiday children's book. "The Christmas Coal". In addition to writing, she enjoys spending time on her other passions and interests which includes gardening, art, crafting,  singing, cooking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She loves  animals and the world around her, and loves to spend her off days sounded by nature. Finding inspiration in n the beauty around her.
